Abuja A Federal High Court in Abuja presided by Justice John Tsoho has declared that every Nigerian child has the constitutional right to free and compulsory primary education and free junior secondary education. The judge also held that the federal and state governments have constitutional duties to provide adequate fund for it

Humanitarian visit to the sapele remand home.

Members and volunteers of the African Child Foundation yesterday paid a humanitarian visit to the sapele remand home. The members were led on the visit by the country director of the foundation Mr Donald Onosakponome. During the visit, food items, school bags and books , and toiletries were donated to inmates. The director and some members who spoke during the visit advised the inmates not to despair but to be of good conduct to the society.
